Ingredients:
- 1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 175 degrees C
In a medium bowl, mix together spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper
Transfer mixture to a small baking dish
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned
