Healthy Morning Coffee

This recipe for healthy coffee is a great way to start the day because it has anti-inflammatory spices, healthy fats, and antioxidants. Grass-fed butter and coconut oil work together to give you long-lasting energy, and turmeric and cinnamon can help reduce inflammation. You can also add a little honey to make it sweeter.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of freshly brewed organic coffee
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of grass-fed butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon of honey optional

Instructions:

Brew a cup of your favorite organic coffee

While its hot, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and 1 tablespoon of grass-fed butter

Sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric

Stir everything together until well-blended

If you prefer a touch of sweetness, add 1/4 teaspoon of honey optional
