A quick and creamy chicken Alfredo made effortlessly in the Instant Pot. Perfect for a comforting weeknight dinner
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add chicken broth, diced chicken, fettuccine pasta, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing position, and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes
Once cooking is complete, quick-release the pressure
Stir in heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and butter until well combined and creamy
Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if desired
