Ingredients:

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt for topping

Instructions:

Line an 8x8 inch 20x20 cm square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides for easy removal

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter

Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted

Stir in the vanilla extract and crushed pretzels, mixing well

  • 12 asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 6 slices prosciutto

Instructions:

Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C

Add salt and pepper to the asparagus spears and toss them with olive oil

Place a slice of prosciutto around the end of each asparagus spear

On a baking sheet with parchment paper on it, put the asparagus that has been wrapped

Put it in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the prosciutto is golden and the asparagus is soft

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium beets, roasted and peeled
  • 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water as needed

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F 200C

Wrap beets individually in aluminum foil and roast for about 45-50 minutes or until tender

Let them cool, then peel and chop them into chunks

In a food processor, combine roasted beets, chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper

Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed

If the mixture is too thick, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary

Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, drizzle with a little olive oil, and garnish with fresh herbs or sesame seeds if desired

Serve with pita bread, crackers, or raw vegetables

Instructions:

Put away

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients one at a time until a dough forms

Split the dough in half

Put the colored shapes on top of the white ones and gently press them together to make new combinations

Put the cookies on the baking sheets that have been prepared, and then press edible candy eyes onto the cookies

After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down

Make your salads and soups extra special with these homemade croutons made in the air fryer. They are crispy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of bread cubes preferably stale
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions:

Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 350F 175C

Put the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and dried oregano in a large bowl

Combine well

Toss the bread cubes with the seasoning mix in the bowl

Toss the bread cubes around until they are covered evenly with the sauce

Spread out the bread cubes that have been seasoned in the air fryer basket

Based on the size of your air fryer, you might have to do this in groups

Toss the croutons or shake the basket every so often during the five to seven minutes that you air fry the bread cubes at 350F 175C until they are golden brown and crispy

After taking the croutons out of the air fryer, let them cool down for a while

Make your own croutons and put them on top of your favorite soups or salads
