Ingredients:
- 4 fresh Ono fish fillets about 6 ounces each
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 jalapeo pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine diced pineapple, red onion, cilantro, minced ginger, minced jalapeo, and lime juice to make the salsa
Season with salt and pepper, and set aside
Season Ono fish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
