Ingredients:
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 jalapeno peppers, diced remove seeds for milder flavor
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs optional, for topping
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375F 190C
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper
Mix until smooth and well combined
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, diced jalapeno peppers, and half of the crumbled bacon into the cream cheese mixture
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly
If desired, sprinkle the remaining crumbled bacon on top of the dip, followed by a layer of breadcrumbs for added crunch
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley
Serve the Bacon Jalapeno Popper Dip with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette for dipping
