Ingredients:
- 2 large frozen bananas
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Toppings: sliced apple, granola, chopped nuts, additional cinnamon
Instructions:
Add the almond milk, chopped apple, rolled oats, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract to a blender
Blend until smooth
As needed, scrape down the sides of the blender to make it smooth and creamy
Get a bowl and pour the smoothie in it
Spread more cinnamon on top and then add apple slices, granola, chopped nuts, and more cinnamon
Serve right away and enjoy
