Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl

Enjoy the flavors of apple pie in this tasty and healthy smoothie bowl Creamy and full of healthy foods, it tastes like dessert and makes for a filling breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large frozen bananas
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings: sliced apple, granola, chopped nuts, additional cinnamon

Instructions:

Add the almond milk, chopped apple, rolled oats, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract to a blender

Blend until smooth

As needed, scrape down the sides of the blender to make it smooth and creamy

Get a bowl and pour the smoothie in it

Spread more cinnamon on top and then add apple slices, granola, chopped nuts, and more cinnamon

Serve right away and enjoy
