Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef chuck
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of American cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of tomato
- 8 slices of crispy bacon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions:
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size
Add salt and pepper to both sides
Put the burger patties on the grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you like them more done
Put a slice of American cheese on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking and let it melt
Toast the buns on the grill until they are lightly browned while the burgers are cooking
Put the mayonnaise and ketchup in a small bowl and mix them together to make a unique sauce
Put the burgers together: On the bottom half of each bun, put a lettuce leaf
Then add a tomato slice, a cheese-covered patty, two bacon slices, pickles, and red onion slices
Spread the special sauce on the top half of the buns, then stack them on top of the burgers that have been put together
Put your favorite sides on top of your hot Cadillac Burgers
Have fun with your fancy Cadillac burger
