This Banana Kiwi Kale Smoothie is a tasty and healthy drink that is good for you and fits the keto diet. Fresh fruits and kale make this smoothie full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Its a great way to start the day or pick yourself back up after a workout.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup kale leaves, stems removed
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar-free sweetener
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Place banana, kiwis, kale, almond milk, and honey in a blender

Blend until smooth and creamy

If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth
