Healthy Blueberry Mini Donuts

These healthy blueberry mini donuts are dairy-free and gluten-free, making them a guilt-free treat for any time of the day. Packed with almond flour and fresh blueberries, theyre bursting with flavor and nutrients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Grease a small pan for donuts

Put almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together

The dry ingredients should now have applesauce, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract added to them

Mix everything together well

Add the blueberries slowly and carefully

Fill up each donut hole about two thirds of the way to the top with batter after the pan is ready

Bake the donuts for 12 to 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and a toothpick stuck in one comes out clean

Donuts should cool in the pan for a few minutes before being moved to a wire rack to cool all the way down
