Ingredients:
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt for topping
Instructions:
Line an 8x8 inch 20x20 cm square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides for easy removal
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted
Stir in the vanilla extract and crushed pretzels, mixing well
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly
Sprinkle the sea salt over the top of the fudge
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm and set
Using the parchment paper overhang, lift the fudge out of the pan and place it on a cutting board
Cut the fudge into squares or rectangles, as desired
Serve and enjoy Store any leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator
