Burrata Peach Salad

With its sweet peaches, creamy burrata cheese, peppery arugula, and tangy balsamic glaze, this gluten-free Burrata Peach Salad is a real treat. This salad is great for summer because its light, cool, and full of flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Arrange arugula on a serving plate

Place sliced peaches on top of the arugula

Tear the burrata cheese into chunks and scatter over the peaches

Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Garnish with fresh basil leaves

Serve immediately and enjoy
