These chocolate almond low carb cookies are great for people on the keto diet or anyone else who wants a treat that doesnt have any sugar or gluten. They taste great with chocolate and have a satisfying crunch from the almonds.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated erythritol or your preferred sugar substitute
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C

Put cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together

When the coconut oil melts, add the egg and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients

Mix everything together well

Add chopped almonds and sugar-free dark chocolate chips

Take dough balls about the size of a tablespoon and roll them into balls

Put them on a baking sheet that has been lined
